Wonderful stay for six days. The place is very clean, in a great location, and the facilities are great. The room we stayed in was apparently a budget room, but believe me there was nothing cheap about it. Huge apartment. And everything in it you could need. Balcony looking over the pool. No one to other us. Only lost half a star because of the bedding, and half because of the lack of toilets at the pool. Don’t get me wrong, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. However I found that Walking up to your room every few hours was a pain if you needed the bathroom. Not sure what everyone else was doing. Why do Gold Coast hotels have a sheet and a coverlet only? Fortunately I brought my Doonah and pillows and slept well. We hope to stay again soon. We are definitely fans! Also how could I forget the amazing café there. Best coffee and pastries I’ve had since Italy!

I've deducted 4 stars because on the second day of our family holiday (morning of 2 January), we were subjected to unexpected construction and demolition work in the adjacent room. The noise and vibrations caused by a jackhammer were so intense that it forced us to leave our room. Upon inquiring at the reception, we were informed that there is nothing they can do and the work would persist daily until 3 pm and it did. Although the parking was included, we couldn't find any available places in the underground carpark and the friendly reception person told us the parking is provided on a first come first served basis. We visited for a few days and appreciated the early check in on arrival. |We had a high level apartment and it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. |I was surprised that their were maintenance men working outside our apartment with no warning from the facility. Fortunately we are early risers.
Stayed 23 nights first empty milk bottle behind curtain,holes in face towel. Having stayed several times before was disappointed in cleanliness and expectations of previous happy holidays not meet.

Finally got in our room with no keys and locked in our room with no way to get food and drinks.
The way it was managed so disgusting seemed to be more concerned about credit details and id checks when all this information was provided when booked.
